This website is under heavy construction, and will be until I Pass. Hopefully not for a while, and meanwhile let’s build this together… I have some ideas, but I don’t know how to make them go.
The idea here is to build a front page like a game. When you enter the site, I want the dog to turn its head to wherever the cursor is and follow it where it goes. If the visitor goes up to the front door, it opens to the inside which Is filled with signs each opens another page associated with the sign.
Wisdom is all around us. I don’t have much more to say than this. So here’s the gold, what follows is me…

Univercity of Ott is evolving. I originally created UcOtt when I left University in 1985. It took a few years to fall into shape but in 1997 I attempted a course I wanted to present. The idea was that in developing UcOtt into self directed studies I would come up with an entertaining presentation while learning. I am experimenting with this Logo. I want to add it to my cabin, but I haven’t got it figured out yet. These presentations are Ott (Over the top).
Wabi Sabi is embedded in UcOtt
Wabi-sabi (侘寂) is a traditional Japanese aesthetic philosophy centered on finding beauty in imperfection, impermanence, and incompleteness, embracing the natural cycles of growth, decay, and the marks of time on objects and life itself.
It contrasts with Western ideals of perfection, valuing rustic simplicity, authenticity, and quiet, understated charm over lavishness, often seen in natural materials, weathered textures, and asymmetrical forms in art, design (like in tea bowls), and lifestyle.
I’m not so big on authenticity, but this is important and if I can focus some attention here regularly we will have legs… to stand on.

Raddio for the Daddio
UcOtt Raddio Daddio is where my self reflection dwells.
U stands for the yoU in the Universe
And as seen through the horseshoe lens, is also a symbol of luck. The c is to represent both “city” and “the speed of light” and the c in ScOtt of course. The c stands outside the U as in to the power of ‘the speed of light’ as in the above logo.
